Rugged Fishing Lure Storage Box with Adjustable Compartments

Hey makers! I've been struggling to keep my soft plastic fishing lures organized and protected during my trips. I've got this awesome design concept I'm hoping someone can help me turn into a reality. Currently, my lures are just getting tangled and damaged in my old tackle box, which is super frustrating when you're out on the water. I'm looking for a custom storage solution that mimics the box in my reference photo - needs to have multiple adjustable compartments that can securely hold different sized soft plastic lures without them sticking together or getting crushed. I've got about 20-25 lures in various colors and lengths that need a home. Ideal dimensions would be around 9-10 inches long, with interior dividers that can slide/adjust. Want something water-resistant and tough enough to survive being tossed around in a boat. The compartments need to be slightly textured so the soft plastics don't slide around too much. Preferably want this printed in a more rigid material like PETG that can handle some moisture and won't crack if it gets bumped around. I've got a photo I can share that shows exactly the style/layout I'm thinking of. Would love to see some design concepts that could solve my fishing gear storage nightmare!
