Introduction
3D Print Bounty respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on 3D Print Bounty infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our DMCA Agent containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it on the platform (e.g., URL, project title, or other identifying information).
- Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
You may submit your DMCA takedown notice by:

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing:
- Identification: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- Good faith statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which 3D Print Bounty may be found.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who filed the original complaint. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
