Disclaimers
Platform Role
3D Print Bounty acts as an intermediary marketplace. We do not directly provide 3D printing services and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of prints.
No Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Print Bounty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely via video conference at the arbitrator's discretion. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

YOU AND 3D PRINT BOUNTY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Unless both you and 3D Print Bounty agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
