Custom tree branch

This is essentially a tree branch that im trying to have mass produced. Total height=7Ft, with a 2.5inch diameter at the base. This DOES need to be made in sections, the fewer the better. I am looking into various media, but very unfamiliar with 3D printing. This will be marketed to home decor/art market, so it does NOT have to be structurally feasible other than to support itself. I'll happily provide more photos/info if neede.I have no idea of what volume is needed, how much material, etc.
