So I have this pile of old power tools with different battery platforms, and I'm tired of juggling multiple batteries and adapters. Got a bunch of Dewalt 20V batteries that I want to use across some older Ryobi and Milwaukee tools in my workshop. Looking for a custom-printed adapter that lets me mount the Dewalt battery with a solid, comfortable grip handle. I've already measured my batteries and have some specific requirements. Need the adapter to be rock-solid when attached, with minimal wiggle. The handle should be comfortable enough for extended use and provide a good grip - thinking something with some texture or ergonomic curves. Measurements are critical: Battery is exactly 3.5 inches long, 2.75 inches wide. Mounting points need to be precise to connect securely. Was thinking PETG would give the right blend of strength and flexibility for this kind of functional adapter. Have reference photos and exact measurements ready to share with whoever takes this on. Willing to do some back-and-forth to get the design dialed in perfectly.
