Custom Aquarium LED Light Hood with Adjustable Mounting System

Rebuilt my 55-gallon freshwater tank last month and realized the stock lighting is total garbage. Been pricing out new light hoods and they're insanely expensive - like $150-$250 for something basic. Figured 3D printing might be the perfect solution. Got some LED strips already and want a custom mounting system that can adjust height and angle. Need a robust design that can handle moisture without warping. Thinking PETG would be perfect since it's more water-resistant than PLA. Hoping for mounting brackets that can slide/adjust and integrate cleanly with standard aquarium rim dimensions. The design needs to support about 2-3 standard 6500K white LED strips and potentially some blue accent lighting. I've got precise measurements of my tank's rim width and depth. Would love a design that has integrated cable management and potentially removable/modular sections for easier cleaning. Bonus points if the design allows for future expansion or different LED configurations. Reference photos available - can share exact tank specifications with the right designer. Willing to compensate fairly for a solid, functional design that I can print multiple times for my other tanks.
