Custom Server Rack Mounting Plate for Enterprise Network Gear

Looking for help creating a precise mounting plate for some network equipment I'm setting up. I've got a reference photo showing the exact mounting configuration I need - lots of complex hole patterns and structural cutouts that need to be super accurate. This is for a small business network closet where I'm reorganizing our server infrastructure. The plate needs to be extremely precise - we're talking +/- 0.1mm tolerance on hole locations. I've measured the existing rack mounting points and have specific dimensions. My current plate is cracked and I need a replacement that's sturdy enough to support about 4-5kg of network switches and patch panels. Petg seems like the right material for durability and heat resistance. Preferably in a natural/clear finish so I can see any potential stress points or wear. Looking for someone who can either reproduce the plate exactly from my reference image or help me design something that matches the original specs perfectly. Would love someone who can do a test print first and confirm dimensional accuracy before doing the final production piece. Timeline is somewhat flexible, but would prefer completion within 2 weeks.
