Custom Base Plate for DIY Electronics Project Prototype

Dropped my prototype mounting base during a workshop last weekend and cracked the central connector section. This was part of a precision measurement rig I've been developing for my electronics engineering side project. Need an exact replica with the same dimensions and center mounting point. I've got the original piece right here and can provide detailed measurements and reference photos. The critical part is maintaining the precise center raised section - it connects to some delicate alignment sensors. Hoping someone can help me recreate this quickly so I can get back to testing. Needs to be dimensionally accurate within 0.1mm tolerance. Material should be sturdy PLA with good dimensional stability. Looking for someone who can reproduce this exactly as shown in the reference image I'll upload.
