Custom Horror Creature Mini Figurine From Image

“I’m looking to have one of my original horror characters turned from a reference image into a small 3D collectible figurine. I’d like the finished figure to closely resemble the character in the supplied artwork. Ideally around 2–3 inches tall with enough detail to clearly recognize the character. This is initially one prototype, but I may want additional characters/quantities in the future if the result and price are good. Please let me know whether your bid includes creating the 3D model from my reference image as well as printing it.”
