Project Status: Prototype Phase / Fit-Check Only. • Material: Silver Silk PLA (0.4mm nozzle). • Technical Considerations: • Due to the high level of intricate filigree and floral detail, these prints are at the physical resolution limit for FDM manufacturing. • You may notice slight stringing characteristic of Silk PLA in deep recesses. • One section required a minor reinforcement with adhesive where the geometric detail was too fine for a standard structural layer bond. • Intended Use: These units are optimized for testing ergonomics, sizing, and the visual profile of the design. • Future Production: For a final version requiring higher structural integrity or "resin-like" resolution, I recommend a design adjustment or a switch to a higher-performance engineering material.
