snoopy back of office chair attachment

Very flexible on price! I don't know what this sort of thing should cost...I'd like a sleeping snoopy dog that can be attached to the back of an office chair. It doesn't need to be a pillow material by any means but I have seen head pillow attachments so that sort of attachment method would be cool. Something similar to the image attached would be great. I've also seen versions of 3d prints that are more smooth than others and I don't know how to go about that version if possible
